On factory wheels, maybe. I have that size in a KO3 but i also threw a 30mm spacer on and needed to swap to the ready lift high clearance crash bars.

275/70 should not rub with a 2.5
I have 285/75 on a 3.5 backing up turning it kind of grabs that plastic rain flap but thats an easy fix with a heat gun LOL
I know they are dirty LOL a lifted 4x4 with clean mudders is just gay....

Just a side note, the grabbers that came on my tremor seemed to pick up every little pebble and would throw it anywhere and everywhere.

That was just my experience, I moved to KO2's and havnt had as much pebble throwing, but I have noticed in that they dont handle the the snow/mud as well. Your millage may vary, because I also live in Utah.

All theories and math aside...putting them on is the only way you'll find out what's rubbing what if anything...everyone's combinations is slightly different...I have 285/70-17 Grabbers and no one has my combination of wheel offset + spacer + level...

Grabbers drove me crazy with this, drive down a dirt road for 5 min and be flinging rocks on the highway for 30 min. Also they were bad in any type of wet condition. I'd have to baby the throttle or else traction control would kick in all the time.

Is your speedometer slow by about 3 MPH?
with 285/75 I am 6mph slow reading, until I can hook up the forscan to change it

If sticking with the factory wheels and no spacers, then you should be ok. I had 285/70-17 on my 2019 with Old Man EMU lift and only had slight rub at full lock.
