CA SMOG SUCKS! Need help with Roush CAI

That sucks. I’m still waiting for my contact in SoCal to get back to me. I’ll let you know. Maybe check with our forum sponsor, Benny @LevittownFordParts.com to see if it’s available - I know the pipe has its own part number but I think the box is sold as a complete assembly.

Another member on here seems to always be selling something. Maybe @MY23RANGER has the lid and pipe - you can get the filter anywhere.

Hopefully those two guys chime in. I’ll let you know when I hear back from my friend.

That would be rad! I have 30 days to retest (for free) so it doesn’t need rush shipping or anything. Just whatever is convenient and cheapest. I can DM you my phone number and address. I’ll obviously cover the cost of shipping. And “borrow” means you’ll want me to ship it back to you, which isn’t a problem (as long as the back and forth shipping doesn’t end up costing more than just buying one, lol).

Ideally I would be able to buy one because I will at some point need it again when CA requires another SMOG check.

I appreciate the willingness anyways man (But def. too far). Yeah, I'm ticked about it because if my truck was only a year older (2021) it would have passed, but because greedy California didn't get their money from Roush for 22'-23' it is now magically illegal. If it were actually about emissions the CARB number would be valid for the life of the generation of the vehicle, but it's not about emissions, its about money.

I don't know why you live in California, I used to live in the bay area.
Left there in 97 because you could see the hand writing on the wall then.
Greed and control of your personal life !
If you can leave, before that start regulation your under wear because it isn't all natural !
