I'm at 56K on my 2019 Lariat. All oil changes and routine maintenance done with the original dealer. Just moved, so I'll need to try out the local dealer.

I don't see why not. Your transmission will probably fail but your engine will be fine. o_O :bandit:

I'm only at 13,700 and use full synthetic and change my oil every 5,000 miles. I did add a 10/100,000 ESP to it for added Insurance.
I have the 125k esp, reason was the Edge I traded in had 125k and the ac compressor imploded. Traded in as is and still got a good price. Edge had the 2.0 eco it was a very good car, had the 6 speed auto which I have read that some said was a better gearbox than the 10! I like the 10 though 80 mph and just a rch over 2 grand

I think the guys that have issues Baby their truck, I drive it like its a Mustang and use it like its an F250 "Abuse" I bought my 21 a year ago, it had 13k on it, it has 33k now, no engine issues but I blew a lower rat hose at 15k, great gas mileage, "I abuse the hell out of it", only one oil change with Amsoil but I changed the filter at 25k LOL its still clean LOL I have pulled some big loads, one of the most fun trucks I have ever owned!
I get 18mpg out of crap gas and 22+ out of good gas
I got over 250k out of my last two Fords (Mobile One)
220k Chevy 1500 (dollar store oil)
385k out of a jeep Grand (Mobile One)
300k out of an older Toyota R22 engine (.99cent dollar store oil)

What year was your Edge? I ask because my wife's '19 Edge is in for transmission work.

Just hit 49K on my 2021. Full synthetic every 5,000 miles. Only complaint is having to pay for it. Almost paid off though.
Just turned 36000 mi. Amzoil every 5000 mi., catch can on at 1500 mi..
Ford replaced right rear axle because of leaking diff fluid.
Drive in tow haul 95% of time, no problems so far.

As with any modern motor, it'll last an easy 200k+ as long as it's not constantly shitwhipped and it gets maintained.

Turbos need to be thought of as a maintenance item though.. that'll be the most likely way that the motor will die an early death..

Start checking for health of turbo around 100k.

152,734 miles my friend ? still on the original transmission and engine. Do the required oil change when the truck notifies it’s got 5% oil life. I did the transmission service the first time at 101k miles. I’ve been blessed with a lucky one? ?
Now we’re just missing Misfit for the top three on miles.

29760 on my 2019 with just two oil changes, one at the dealer and one done my self. Sort of a pain changing oil with having to remove the skid plate to get to the drain plug and the left front tire to get to the oil filter.

FYI, you don't have to remove the tire - just turn the wheels to the right......

You do if you have to get in there and loosen a dealer tightened filter
