If you want to get all the crud out of the carpet, you gotta use a goooood vacuum....not one of those toy battery jobs.does anyone have a particularly vacuum they recommend for interior detailing? i started looking for something battery powered, like a makita, but all of them seemed to be one piece units that didn't have a hose. Almost like a dust-buster from the 90s. That's all well and good, but something I need to get into tight areas.
I use my regular ole shop vac with a crevasse end for the tight areas and the regular ends for the big areas.
I have never seen a portable battery or 12 volt vac that would do what I consider a "good" job.
