Question for how you installed lights in front bumper area?

Question for anyone whos installed a light bar or lights in the front bumper area. i found the removable 4 holes but how was anyone able to access the holes? did you remove the skid plate from below? or remove tire like how to change your oil ? or did you somehow remove the grill? Once i put the light bar in , i cant get my fingers in to put hex nuts to secure it place? Any help or ideals would be greatly appreciated.

I have ACC radar in the way so I put 2 6 inch lights there instead but I used the push pin holes that are along the top side to mount them and you can access the back side to put nuts on. I also removed my front plate bracket a long time ago and there were extra holes there. I never looked at the bottom side

I used the spots for the push pins just outside the license plate bracket holes. It wasn't easy to contort my arm up there to put the nut on the mounting bracket bolt but it wasn't impossible.

i didn't think of ACC sensor , i don't know if i even have it on mine, i know I've never tried using it. But with the light bar i cant get to the back side, i might go down the path of smaller lights.

You can’t miss it if you have it. It’s a big box in the center of the lower grill opening there.

I put a Bull Bar on mine so can't help you there.

Pull out the plugs, insert pod bolts and tighten nut above...

Diode Dynamics. It came with the bracket. No need to remove anything to install. Look at their web page and instructions...may offer some guidance. These do not interfere with center

sensor.

I put these in the actual bumper. Best idea ever had to remove the bumper and the plastic inserts needed to be modified but what a great addition

I had this in there, but had to take it out to put winch in.

I took off the skid plate, them just found a bolt on each side to connect it to. I got a piece of punched flat bar from home depot, painted it black, and bent it to connect the ends of the light to the bolts.

I did the same thing for the white bar behind the grill.

For sure it was involved but it was fairly easy to do. Lights came with instructions
