Most companies say they can add up to +10 horsepower and +20 ft of torque but I feel like that's paired with it tune. But to answer your question yes most of the power gains are between 2000rpms and 3500rpms.

Yes, no, maybe…. They reduce lag which increases the response everywhere. If you’re tuned or at least on 93, you’ll get some torque.

Thanks. I finally ordered the mishi intercooler and pipes after how many years? Lol. I'm on 35" tires and would like the turbo to spool a little faster. Guess the only thing I'm missing is an upgraded turbo. I'm currently at 59k and wondering if it matters on the miles the turbo has if you send it in for a stage 3 or 4 upgrade.

I just upgraded the IC charge pipes and feel there was some lag added but the powerband got 'fatter.' Even after updating the tune - which might have softened the lag.

I found this video advocating that a turbo upgrade might even be better for the life of the 2.3l Ecoboost motor (along with the other upgrades):
