wow you split all that wood! whew... what a woman:)
There’s lot of wood on my land which needs to be removed, so chainsaw and axe are no strangers for me.
Still safety first as years ago my uncle hit his leg with an axe. Was very lucky and missed the bone.

But there's a bunch of things that will.
Nicely done!
Thanks Chris, I’m setting it up as a “guest cottage” so people who visit us at the lake will have their own place. We won’t be getting in their way, they won’t be getting in ours - much better that way. It will sleep 4 comfortably, 6 with the sofa bed folded out. Complete with a 3-pce bath, great kitchen, private deck and you can’t beat the view.

Today it was my turn to get this notorious light. Wasn’t sure if my truck has this feature but suddenly ding ding ding and warning message. So I told my passengers I have to stop now and first drink a coffee and after that I should try to sleep, everything will be postponed, they need to wait until I’m rested. Truck knows.
Later I proved her I am not tired ;)

That notification pop up scared me when it came on during my drive back home. I spent the day in Schenectady, NY ( drank some wicked delicious mead! ) and drove back to western MA late at night. I'm honestly happy that it has this feature! And luckily there was a McD's open so a salty fry hit the spot like you wouldn't believe.

First I hauled truck load of empty bottles to local town for recycling and cashed the collateral on the bottles (~90$).

Then I headed to an Indian restaurant and spend part of the money on a good lunch (chicken masala, some paneer+veggies, atlantic red fish, oven baked pork with bacon, rice, naan).

Then I headed to shop and bough truck load of soil & blasting sand and drove back home.

Think I clocked +25 seconds for 0-55mph with all the weight in the bed :)

Drove the Ranger down to sign my name on a floor beam that will be installed as part of the Gordie Howe Bridge, the new bridge connecting Detroit and Windsor, Ontario.
I didn’t get a picture of the Ranger, but the bridge construction is pretty awesome to see.

Picked up a trailer...

So exciting... ?

More exciting things to occur starting tomorrow when we hit the road...

Fun note, the truck alerts me that the left trailer isnt working properly. That's pretty cool that it can sense when something isnt as expected...

You wouldn't believe how hard it is to get an enclosed trailer rental for a one way trip out of the state...
