Today it was my turn to get this notorious light. Wasn’t sure if my truck has this feature but suddenly ding ding ding and warning message. So I told my passengers I have to stop now and first drink a coffee and after that I should try to sleep, everything will be postponed, they need to wait until I’m rested. Truck knows.
Later I proved her I am not tired

You can get a lot in there Mark, but not everything, so I did more truck stuff today - the Ranger delivered a refrigerator to the boat shed safe and sound…

With all the appliances on-site, I can lock in my positioning for the upper cabinets and start getting things plumb, level and ready for countertop templating.

I figured I better get moving on the reno so @AzScorpion has a place to stay after Annie gives him the boot for taking her on those crazy big hikes and then not even letting her go shopping. It’s only a matter of time, Dave.

Oh no, it’s not one of those big boat houses that you drive your boat into from the water. It’s really just a simple storage building (15x28) on a concrete foundation and partially above ground basement with a simple gable “shed” above. It was meant for storing small boats like canoes, a Laser, or a small rowboat.

I like it but it's far from perfect for what I paid. When cold the transmission is finicky, the oil constantly smells like gas, poor body panel alignment, poor job on the front leather seat covers and other small items. When I compare the quality to my wife's new Subaru there's definitely a big difference. Plus I don't like the terms of the new battery plant Ford is a partner in so I will look elsewhere when it comes time for a replacement.

Agreed on the transmission being finicky when cold. I let my truck idle for at least 10 minutes when it's below -10C (14F) or else it either wont shift or shift super roughly.
