Edit- Got the issue fixed thanks to @RangerBill, just had too take out fuse 9 under the dash for the “Telematics” and it reset the modem, which then allowed me to connect via FordPass. Can a moderator please change the title of my post to “FordPass not working.. SOLVED”

Hey everyone, I’ve been digging through all the forums but haven’t found anything that’s helped. I have a 2019 Lariat that I can’t get the FordPass to work on, the truck itself keeps getting an error when I go to the “Connectivity Settings” tab, and I can’t get past this error. I’m up to date on Sync 3, I’ve tried master resetting sync and disconnecting the battery. I bought the truck used about 7,000 miles ago and haven’t been able to use the function. My truck also doesn’t have an Modem ESN # and I read that means there may be a problem with the modem, but I’m past the warranty and don’t wanna pay a $180 diagnostic fee, if I can fix it myself great, if not I’ll just live without it. If anyone has any recommendations let me know!
Thanks!

Pull fuse 9 under the dash and put back in. This reboots the modem. Serial number should appear if working. Also make sure that the fuse is good.

Are you talking about the fuse panel on the passenger side under the dash ? According to this diagram on a website a found that fuse goes to the PCM, is that the fuse you’re referring too? Just wanna be sure I’m checking the right one, thank you!

It is under the driver's side dash, but what you are showing is not that fuse panel. Fuse 9 is the Telematics fuse in the passenger compartment fuse panel. That feeds the modem.

You're welcome. Let us know how it goes.
That worked!! Thanks a ton man, took the fuse out and checked it, it was good, put it back in and the “Modem ESN” now has a number and I stopped getting the error under the “Connectivity Settings”. Connected it to the FordPass app and everything’s working. Took me under 5 minutes. This forum is awesome! Appreciate the help
