Ford App....Services Performance Innacurate

I had a Fox/Ford Performance kit installed on Oct 26th and was looking at my app last night and it shows the following. Then there's a second entry the next day for engine services with no charge. Seem a bit odd that the details are so off?

I've never had a service show up correctly in Ford Pass. I asked the service advisor about it, and she said that they can't change it and don't actually input it. I guess it's done automatically somehow. I just keep a good paper record like I've always done, since it's not an accurate replacement.
