I just go back at the 1st email and opt out of them, if that doesn't work I block and tag them as junk, never see them again.

Steve, just created another email account for stuff like this. I have one I use for sweepstakes and other stuff and it works great freeing up your main email from junk mail.

I do the same, have an Alias account that I change whenever it gets to much junk mail, iCloud makes this easy, and it keeps my main email a lot cleaner.

I saw that, but they included agreeing to terms in that so if you don't check it the vote won't go thru, tried that, sneaky to say the least.
