Going to use that toward the tonneau cover. Debating if I want to order it now or wait till after Ford takes care of those paint issues they said they'd get fixed
Think I may splurge on the XLP Premium. It's low profile and goes between the rails instead of on top of it like the cheaper one that Ford offers for $369. Is the XLP worth it over the other?

Upgraded my pod cross beam supports from 1/16 angled aluminum to steel unistrut. More of a fit and finish retro fit. Looks more clean.

It says adds remote start with factory keyfob. Does it use the one I have or will it include new fobs? I doubt it for that price.

Finally got one to share. After much waiting, my Retrax Mx Pro finally arrived yesterday. Installed it today. Not the best pic but its dark out, is a close up inside pic it the best I can offer.

Next big conundrum is figuring how to load my canoe. Its 16 ft, and If I just load it over the bed using something like a yakima overhaul its gonna leave a lot hanging over the back. Toyed with the idea of adding a prinsu to load the canoe on the roof, but I worry about the integrity of that over time. Thoughts?

Picked this up with the left front tire today. Went straight to my local dealer, Northside Ford and they got me right in, fixed it while I waited. By the way, that why I do business locally. While I was waiting and having nothing better to do, I ordered new shoes for the Ranger, was going to wait till late fall but with inflation running rampant and 42,000 on the original tires I went for it. get them Friday.

Installed the Aeroskin LightShield Hood Protector from American Trucks. Stick on was easy to do over my lunch hour brake. Did the wiring after dinner then took the pictures to capture the effect. I like it.

I have the premium one. It is pretty low profile and I like the way it looks

I think that's what I'm going to go with.
It'll basically be like getting the Premium for the price of the standard

Today I installed this Thule Wingbar Edge. Looks really great in my opinion but this is absolutely not a perfect fit. I followed the instructions to the letter and measured everything over again and over again. In the manual, it is said that this setup fits every ranger from 2011 to 2022. Not sure if the dimensions are exactly the same for all those model year.

I did put cooler plugs in a bit ago could that cause such codes?

Cleared them after coming on and drove around the rest of the day. Did not return the remainder of each day. Today I drove for 3 plus hours no issues. Very odd weather compared to normal though. Staying at the beach with crazy high humidity and very windy. Not sure if the humidity on a cold engine caused it or what? It is humid in HTX but not like over night at the beach. I am home now and will see what happens in the morning.

You may be able to hit a combo of buttons on the fob to remote start. I can't remember what that combo or sequence is thought!

Those look great. What do you not like 100% about them? I would like a set of roof rails to haul two 25lb kayaks.
