First to the Search Gestapo, I searched and couldn’t find an answer. If one exists please provide link.

So according to the CSX toll free number, my 22, Lariat, Crew, FX4 has arrived at a rail yard in MA.

The forum helped me get status to this point.

Unlike others, I have RCV’d zero emails from Ford on status.

How do I or can we get status, in my case from MA to my dealer in ME?

Reached out to dealer and got the equivalent of Deer In The Headlights response.

Tell your doe-eyed dealer to pull up the FMCDealer website (login required) and search for "Vehicle Visibility". Click that link, then click "Search by VIN(s)". You can enter either the full VIN or just the last 8 digits. The "Status History" tab should tell you if it's still in the possession of the rail company or been handed off to a road transport.

When I was waiting for mine I found a way to access the truck carrier websites and I could see when mine was picked up from the train yard to get delivered to the dealer. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the info any longer.

Hope you get some info from your dealer!
