I’ve been doing these 40 day things where I give up something I love.
1st 40 days, it was supper. This past 40 days, it was pork, beef, & the forum (never again!).
Lost total of 16 pounds & cholesterol dropped significantly!?

Good for you! Ranger 5G can get my blood pressure up, too- but raise cholesterol?
