As I've learned since ordering, the first requirement to be scheduled is that your dealer has allocation to cover their quantity of orders. Ask your dealer what allocations they have, how many other orders they have, and the order priority (10 to 19, 10 being the best) of yours and the others. These items will help you get a clearer picture as to when you might see a VIN and thus be scheduled.
im order priority 19, ordered 2/22, and nothing. kinda pisses me off. can i ask my dealer to change my priority? is that even possible at this point?

If there's 5 trying to schedule and yours is 19 and others are lower than 19 then yours is last in line to get picked if there was no commodity issues with any of them.

My dealer told me that the priority level also applies to SuperCrew or SuperCab, each have their own queue. Not sure if that is BS or not.

Not me. But it could be until tomorrow AM. Personally would not be surprised to see clean up scheduling extended to next week as well for Ranger. Just to keep us all hangin’

Yep. I know the dealer receives convoy of course but yeah, none of the shipping details were ever present on Order Track. It was blank.

That is smoking fast. I ordered on 2/23 and just got a vin on 4/28 with no sticker for a 6/20 build. Hope they keep on schedule with your build.
That was fast but then, with all the deleted stuff and this only being a 4X2 XL, they just needed a frame and some steel rims! =)

On the plus side, I do have the little buttons on the rear headrests (but no hood truts).

The OrderTrack app never showed any shipping IDs, it said rail but never listed a rail car. So I couldn't tell what was going on with it. But when it changed to "Delivered, well, I was pretty stoked (but didn't believe it until I saw the truck first hand).

I don't know why it made it so fast, 3 and a half months. All I can think of is that I hit the scheduling just right and that the truck being simple (not even tow hooks!) kept the chip issue from being so big.

Although, even the simplest cars now use over 1,000 computer chips.

Maybe they had extra Race Red Scab stuff laying around?

Who knows and I think a lot of it is purely luck and so many little random things that all add up to being a hugely frustrating and a not very transparent process. =(

It’s been the one constant so far. Truck shows up at dealer before tracker even knows it. Haven’t heard anything different from anyone on this forum yet.

Yeah it being here after three months to the date (ordered the 12th of Feb, confirmed delivered the 12th of May) was unexpected.
