Same to you and I am in it for the haul as well. Although my eye keeps getting distracted by some under MSRP Jeep gladiators near me. @AzScorpion would might think it could be a distraction. For the next 4-5 months, but I don‘t want to burn $$$$ I can’t get back

I just got off the phone with Ford and they said my order won't be cancelled... but there is a chance it turns into a re-order for a 2023.

She also said she just got an email that the order banks for F150s are closing.

Wow. I expected them to close soon. Strangely enough, some stock Rangers showed up at a dealer near me. Ranger Lariat Super Crews…

I wanted to keep my Jeep as a place-card until my Bronco came in. It's a gamble now with the way the economy is and with raising interest rates and when I got that offer I just couldn't refuse it. Like you I didn't want to take a chance of not being able to get it back down the road. At this point I'd wait it out and hope things pick back up soon.

I did call the Bronco "specialist" last week and she did say one reason Ford suspended all ordering was so they could get caught up on all '22 orders. They hope to get them all built and cleaned up by the time the '23's are out. I'm guessing it's the same for the Ranger as they stopped those orders too and they're both made on the same line. ?

That was my thought (with the order suspension). I have the leer tonneau and bed rug for my supercab (I know, foolish, but at the time I was thinking I would have a truck in 6 months and got a great deal), or I may give In to the temptation.
The crazy thing is the more I look at other builds, or even at in-stock and overpriced dealer inventory, the more I like just what I ordered.
As soon as I get the Scheduled production email, I am going to celebrate by ordering my dampener and join the cool kids.

Admittedly what sealed the deal for me 100% was putting a deposit down on a camper shell that’s non-refundable. Now I’m stuck ? I just wanted to get the order in because the lead on shells is also like 5 months

If picture is correct, black package and the spray in bedliner may be delaying completion. If lariat also speculation on chip or electronic shortage.

I got a pushed back delivery date email from Ford yesterday, they said that the date of May 4th was no good anymore (now, that's some smart software on the 9th!). =D

So I dropped an email to my sales guy this morning and he let me know it's in Massachusetts at the rail yard and is now waiting for a truck driver—woohoo!

Of course, who knows when that will happen but it's getting closer and boy, I already have a half a dozen dump runs planned! LOL, the things we get excited about! =)

Yikes. I have been "in production" for almost three weeks myself and starting to get really antsy.

The truck I'm looking at is a dealer order that I put a deposit down on. They said they expected it 4/27-4/29. I was able to use the window sticker that their website shows from time to time and figured out how to look up the truck on Fords tracking site and order tracker site a person made.

Not sure where the dealership was getting their expected arrival date that they told me. May be they have access to something a little more detailed.

I'm going to call next week and see if I can get answers.

it seems like “picked” status on the tracker must stand for the Ford employee standing around picking his ass instead of putting my truck on a transport. Been picked since last Friday. WTF!!

I'm there with you. When I ordered the truck - dealer thought 3-4 months. Called a local cap dealer and they said same for the cap (RSI smart cap). Put 50% down on cap and it showed up 2 weeks later. Still no build date on truck (ordered 2/21).
