I don't think you'll get the email until later today. I feel like today is your day along with a few others waiting on here.
I can't remember from past posts, but I feel like I have seen people post screenshots of emails that were like 6:40 AM, 11:30 AM, 3:00 PM. But some of those could even have been Friday emails!

I've adopted the mindset that I've purchased a lottery ticket and maybe I'll get lucky and win. The silence is awful, and my current vehicle situation is quickly becoming a disaster. I get married in September and I would really love to have my Ranger by then. It's wishful thinking, but a boy can dream.

This will be my first pickup truck (and my first Ford). I've been beating the sh*t out of vans, SUVs and Subarus for 25 years; towing all sorts of boats and destroying interiors. Used pickups were never worth a dollar to me and I finally decided to order this Ranger. I really am VERY excited but I'm worrying that if this truck isn't 110% what I want it to be I'll be disappointed. As much as I don't mind waiting, I do feel like the lack of communication and some of the horror stories for delivery and/or financing make me feel like my journey is far from over.
Maybe we could start a group to lobby Ford for a Wedding gift for you!

I have to say that one of the things I have missed in my last stage of life was my truck. Family, work, etc, etc,. dictated that I needed other vehicles, but the decision to sell my Ford truck years ago was a big one for me! So I am looking forward to becoming a Ford Truck owner again!

Owe - My first truck? 1973 F100 4x4 Ford Ranger Lariat that I swapped the engine out and put in a 410 Mercury Marauder - and a lot of other mods. Used to go to the county fair and pull the sled the full 300 ft, and mud drag. Back then was the only long wheelbase 4x4 that could smoke the Broncos and Jeeps at the mud drags.

Man, I miss those days!

Ford completely missed the new delivery window they set for themselves. The truck has not shipped anywhere as of 3 May so it has been sitting in a lot for a month after build was complete.
Texted the dealer and got a call back where I complained and asked them to put some pressure on Ford.

Then, called Ford and got a new "estimated" date for shipping, May 7, but the person I spoke with could not commit to an actual ship date, which I pointed out was the same as the two previous promise dates that came and went. I also promised that person I would call back if the truck is not shipped by Saturday.

Is having finished product stuck on the factory lot for, I guess, five weeks, the new normal? Does Ford not want to be paid for it?

Ever stuff a deer (chickens, outboard motors, mopeds, tympani, mulch, concrete blocks, construction debris, road cones - this list goes on!) in the back of a Subaru? Yeah - I'm ready for a truck!

Im in the same boat. Truck was built March 24, been awaiting shipping ever since. Frustrating to say the least.

Nope, But I once did stuff 16 deskside computer boxes (with computers) in a GEO Metro. Had a hard time climbing the hills with it.

LOL, right there with you except with a 2005 Scion xA that I fill for dump runs!

Do you know if your truck is clear and approved for shipping? Mine was "built" 3/23, and the tracker has shown awaiting shipping since then, but when I called Ford, they were able to tell me mine is delayed and isn't cleared for shipping, so even though it says built, it isn't actually complete. No idea what part it needs, but it will sit and wait until it gets it, or as someone else mentioned, incomplete trucks might start shipping to dealers to wait for the parts there.

Once you get your truck you'll wonder how you've managed without one all these years. I use mine for work but still find myself using it a lot for personal stuff too. Plus they're so much easier to clean out after hauling messy stuff. Just hose it out and you're done. No dragging out the vacuum and worrying about scratching all the plastic inside your SUV or Crossover.

Sorry for sounding like a broken record, but have you confirmed if your order is actually cleared to ship? Mine has said "built" since 3/23, but call Ford to see what they say. Only on the phone have I been told my order "is not yet shippable or is experiencing delay of plant release".

You're right, I can't wait! I already have several dump runs planned (it's funny what we can get excited about). I have a BedRug waiting to put in it right away just for that reason.

That poor Scion is so abused (and old) that I decided it wasn't worth trading it in (it has an engine light on too) and I'm just going to donate it. I kidded with my sales guy that I'd be happy to get a cup of coffee out of it as a trade.

Thanks for the moral support and fanning the flames of my spazziness as I wait ... and the good news is that it's on a rail car somewhere between Michigan and Massachusetts, so it should get here in a few weeks (who knows when the rail car actually gets in and then how long to wait for a transport truck, ugh).

Thanks AzScorpion and thanks for being such an awesome moderator (even though you subliminally influence me to get a damper ... resistance is futile ...). =D.

All arrows seem to be pointing to calling Ford - built in early-mid April and "shipping to delivery" within two weeks but some of y'all been stuck in "Shipping" status for going on two months.

Hmmm.??

I'll wait the two week period of delivery and then decide if I should call, pending any updates of course by email and the trackers.

I have about given up on receiving my truck. My salesperson is of no help trying to locate where the hell the truck is. I call him up and he says he has to talk to a different person for them to locate the truck and he'll call me back. Never hear from him for days until I call. Now he doesn't even answer his phone (cell phone caller id). Will never buy from this dealer again. Even thinking about selling the truck to someone else before it even gets here and buying something else. I would just like to know where it is.

That's about where I was too. My order was built but awaiting shipping for 6+ weeks and no one could give me an answer. I found a near exact build to mine, thanks to a member here, on a lot 1.5 hours from me. They knocked off their markup and I bought that one instead. Closed the deal on 4/30, next day the interest rates increased. That's another reason I don't want to wait longer.

I’m definitely searching every few days to see what is available locally, and not just for Tremors. I’ve been warming up to the idea of going FX4 and swapping out the suspension and tires. Just nothing around that I like yet, probably need to expand the search radius.
