I replaced my tailgate emblem and camera housing with the black smoke chrome emblem.

This was actually for a detailing chore on my Mustang that I will be tackling this week, but the Ranger will surely benefit from this - I unpacked, cleaned up, and organized all of my car detailing stuff and set my detailing cart up.

I did a few small things on the Mustang to jump start the detailing; I cleaned the wheel wells, removed some decals from the front fenders, and then wiped down the engine bay.

I want to replace my rear emblem with a back lit emblem similar to what I installed on the front grille.

Nice Mustang. My immaculate '05 went to a new home in the Clarksville, TN area back in November, 2020. Only had 36k original miles. I miss Mustang but have downsized from 5 to 2 vehicles. I've largely stopped driving.....

Still got water marks on it from the recent rain. Using my Ford points for floor liners tomorrow and dampener if I have enough points left over. Roll And Lock Tonneau cover gets installed the 14th.

Installed Bak Revolver 4Xs roll up bed cover in. A bit of a pain because it required a few extra brackets to be installed in order to host the rails properly. The supplemental parts & info butted up and clashed with the generic manual some way through. The sprayed in bed liner made it difficult to tap into some screw positions, but I think I got it all sorted. It closes up nicely & hasn't been flapping in the wind at 70 MPH on the high way. Definitely a 2 person job.

It sits a tad high in the back, but is closed enough to not be a bother. It butts up to the tailgate nicely. The cover is good quality & the track/rail system is nice. An easy to roll up & store. Overall I'm a fan so far. This is just day 1 of ownership though.

It'll be nice to be able to leave stuff in the bed with less worry. Probably the last big mod I do on the truck for a while until the baby comes. Gotta be somewhat responsible, ya know.
