Was going to gather tools to keep in the truck. I was wondering if there are any standard sizes or do I just need metric.

Maybe a 1/2 drive breaker bar, 6" extension and the correct size socket to remove and replace the lug nuts, maybe even a torque wrench.....

I keep a 1/2" breaker bar, a 1/2" torque wrench, a set og padded lugnut sp kets and a digital tire gauge in my swing out boxes. A good multi-tool kit with both metric and english sockets and wrenches also lives in the back.

You forgot WD40.

I carry a small like 40 or 60 piece socket set, a 4 in 1 screwdriver an a breaker bar with a 19mm socket. I have a swing out tool box that I keep it in with a tow strap an a set of jumper cables. This stuff an a few ratchet straps is all the box will hold.

i found one of those old roll of wrenches sets from the 70s at a garage sale. it was missing several and so so quality but the bag roll is awesome. holds a metric and standard up to 1 1/4. so i got better ones for the roll and tossed it in the truck. good knife and some sockets breaker bar and lug socket. havent had to use any of it yet. yall know how it goes though, if i left all the tools out id get stranded without them some place out of cell range lol. good roll of tp never hurts either...

AAA card, right next to the AARP card :)
Personally I use Good Sams Road Service along with the AARP. They will tow my TT as well as my tow vehicle. Also cover the wife and I no matter what we are driving.

Torque wrench(breaker bar in a pinch, likely this will damage the torque wrench but in a pinch, eh), corresponding lug nut socket, no socket sets but a set of standard and metric hand wrenches, multi tool, 11 in 1 ratcheting screwdriver, gloves, hose clamps various sizes, wire cutters, needle nose pliers, small channel locks, various fuses, small tire pump. Have battery air compressor to use for offroading or topping up but it's to big for day to day carry, funnel.
