Fuse cover custom px3 to fit Obd Bluetooth scanner

Any one know if Obd pulls out to allow a Bluetooth scanner. I’m running torque pro but the tool doesn’t allow me to put the fuse cover on.any one overcome this problem?onced plugged into the Obd port can’t fit the cover back on.
