Mine door said 39 PSI from factory for the tremor package, but this is aftermarket tires so I still try figuring out.I ran 32 in both my 19 Rangers. Tires like new on both 30000 miles. I have seen a bunch of slick pictures of tires under 20000 that either left factory air in or only lowed in high 30s or low 40s. Up to you but putting out what I have seen. Think door say 30 if I remember correctly
Yeah, mine is Xl and XLT both Fx4 wasn't even thinking tremorsMine door said 39 PSI from factory for the tremor package, but this is aftermarket tires so I still try figuring out.
That depends on your vehicle's set up and weight...do the chalk test...I'm around 5,000-5,500 pounds rolling on 285s...37 psi cold on pavement, 15-20 off road...Just got new wheels and tires for my Ranger Tremor, running BF Goodrich 285/70r17, method wheel, right now I just put 39-40 PSI for on road and 35 for on trail. Any suggestions would help?
This is also what I run. Slightly higher off-road to maintain clearance. That depends on your vehicle's set up and weight...do the chalk test...I'm around 5,000-5,500 pounds rolling on 285s...37 psi cold on pavement, 15-20 off road...
Please define “trail” to you.……and 35 for on trail. Any suggestions would help?
Feel free to start at max pressure of the tires or at 39 and decrease the pressure to eliminate tramlining. The term "tramlining" is being used to describe when directional control is disrupted by the vehicle's tendency to follow the longitudinal ruts and/or grooves in the road.
How’s those 285’s going for ya?That depends on your vehicle's set up and weight...do the chalk test...I'm around 5,000-5,500 pounds rolling on 285s...37 psi cold on pavement, 15-20 off road...
