2022 Ranger SuperCab

I got a order in for the 2022 Scab, I know there was a big recall on the head rest and wondering if anyone has receive Vin and Production date on there 2022 Supercab? I'm sure Ford is going to go back to the 19 headrest which I had. Recalled 37,000 ish. Between it and chip issues. I'm just curious if they are even running any SuperCabs at the moment. I know emails come out normally on Thursday's and know they are running Supercrews but Supercabs is what I'm looking for info on. Thanks

Well, I order 11/11/21 If I get my vin and production date. I'll update it here, if you could do the same.

Yes, I have a VIN and had a date to begin production on 1/3/22. I ordered a XLT supercab on 10/13 and I was given the VIN by email on 10/28. Ford tracking site shows the VIN but not a date...

I think 2022 production started in late December so I am keeping my fingers crossed!

I placed my Scab order in October, got my VIN and production week in November. Production date has now changed twice ; January 3rd to February 14, and February 14 to March 7.

I ordered a 22 supercab XLT FX4 on October 13th. Never got a vin or anything from Ford. Yesterday I stopped at dealership to find out what was going on. Salesman went to sales manager office, after 10 minutes they went into general managers office. After another 10 minutes the 2 sales guys came over with the bad news. They said supercabs are not being built because of a parts shortage and had no idea when it may be built. Anyone recieved a 2022 supercab yet?

And the issue i have is if what you were told is true & correct you (or any other customer) shouldn't have to be the detective spending your time and effort to find out the big secret Ford is hiding.
Ford or the Dealer should be reaching out to order customers with this info and not accept orders to begin with, they've done this with the Broncos and Mavericks too a lack of communication.
For me this solidifies my decision to walk away from my order and purchase a pre owned.

Truck is built and supposedly will be delivered between 3/30 and 4/5. Dealer thinks it might be delivered early, but admitted he has no real idea of when it will be delivered.
