Yep. I had my truck all of 3 days when I went to get some sheets of plywood and dented the wheel well a bit. My last Ranger (a 2005) had dents in it as well from many, many trips hauling firewood. It's what it was built for.Any truck that has stuff tossed in over the bedsides regularly has a few dents. Next time you walk through a home depot parking lot, glance into the bed of a few work trucks. It’s called character.
Yes, answering for a friend.does anyone browse through the used car lot and look at dents in the box and try and get the dealer to lower the purchase price?

The Ranger does not have an aluminum bed. Hood, front fenders, and tailgate are all that is aluminum. You all do realize Ford trucks have Aluminum beds. And Front clip and tailgate...
Of course it's going to dent.
