Does anyone on here have the bed rug impact mat installed with a swing case? Any issues with the fitment? The rubber mat is about an inch thick so I’m worried the case won’t clear it? Thanks! ??

Wouldn't worry at all...
I have the box with a sprayed in liner, and there's almost 2 inches from box bottom to bed floor.

I have the full Bedrug liner in mine with cases both sides. Plenty of clearance.

You’ll be fine. I have the same setup. Just take your time tapping the mount holes. Bed liner spray needs to be removed out of them. Also, be careful to cut the edges of the liner away from the tie down hook(s) as you will need to temporarily remove them to add the box. It’s a nice accessory.

Have one sitting at my dealership for pick up. For those without a bedcover: Has anyone had problems with theirs (warp, cracking, discoloration)?

I have rhinoliner, and a bed mat and they have lots of clearance

I got the knock off boxes off eBay and they are basically identical, but half the price. The only issue with them was that I needed to provide my own mounting hardware as the stuff it came with was completely wrong. It needed 3 M6 1.0mm thread pitch bolts.

You still happy with the function and quality of these? May throw one in really like the savings if it is up to par with the swing case or own. thanks

No clearance issues with liner and a rubber bed mat.

However, starting to have to really pull hard on the release to get it to swing loose. Anyone else experiencing this? May hit it with some lubricant to see if that helps.

yes sir, no issues
The only possible issue is if you have the wing nut style clamps. I had to trim the one down that's over the box.

here's the on one I didn't have to shorten so you know what I'm talking about.

Oh yes! You are 100% correct. I did have to trim one of mine down as well now that you mention it. I had forgotten about that. Was a quick job with my dremel.
