Got my ebay tonneau cover - was about $430, instead of $800+. construction quality seems fine, but my big issue is the overhang. Is this typical for normal covers or did i get a shit cover? was advertised for my model/cab size. These photos are it just sitting up top (didn't clamp down)

Leaning pretty heavily towards sending it back.

Is it for an overseas Ranger? I don't know if there is a difference between ROTW & US Ranger bed length, but could be why there is overhang.

Picked it up from the dealership after nearly three weeks waiting for them to fix a water leak.

I will be towing my Ranger behind my motorhome and just had the baseplate and associated hardware/wiring installed. Then I got an Aeroskin bug deflector and the silver grey Ranger vinyl letter inserts. That's all for today.

Just don't forget to put it into Neutral Tow mode.

@maxbottomtime Thats not normal. It looks like it was made for a different truck
Yeah, advertised for SCAB 2019 ranger

Nope, US seller, no such demarcation. Shame - quality seems fine, very sturdy, but seems too long. Don't really have the budget to drop $1K on a different cover, so will have to see if there are any other budget options. preferred not to go the aluminum frame + vinyl route.

Here is the link for it. I also have more pictures in my build thread. Overall I'm happy to have a better way to mount it but also felt it was expensive for what it is and the quality. $30 with shipping.
Thanks! I wasn't aware they had this accessory. I think I'll still plan to mount like Sid (misfitoy) did with his. The switch bank is magnetic and will attach to a metal surface, correct?

Hilarious photo. Someone needs to draw a big microfiber towel with stick arms/legs and funny face on it. Of course it will be holding 303 graphene in one hand and the damper in the other. Mascot for Dave.
Found this one:

I am looking for some flat black small decals on shiny black paint, a touch of different black. Anyone suggesting something decent? An US flag could be proper, yet I am in another part of the world and it may look odd here.
TVD vinyl decals, many on here including myself have used them, they have a cool mountain bike on an angle?? Check them out!

Don't tell me you named your cruiser back in the day too...
I most certainly did...I was in a specialized homicide unit, traffic homicide where we reconstructed accidents with fatalities and critical injuries. For 8 years I drove an unmarked Ford Crown Vic, named Barney !
Why...??? Used the back seat to interview eyewitness at the scene and many times they had small kids with them. To put them at ease I carried a stuffed plush of him...always seemed to calm the little one down. Still have him up in my closet, ruffled and faded from the sun, but still with that goofy smile.
You can see how faded he is, but then I got him in 1993, so he is 28 years old.
I also carried a Not the Baby, and some assorted stuffed plush animals, eventually giving them to kids...few bucks here n there, but it helped.

Just got home from tinting my windshield to cut down on how hot the cab gets. Ceramic 70% tint with ~90% UV protection. Will be a welcome change.

I saw a few Rangers with the tailgate letters added and thought they looked really cool. I got some on Amazon and painted them to match the bumper and moldings. Very happy with the result.

Nice. Where’d you get the magnetic grey paint from?

Yesterday I drilled a small hole in the storage tray by the hdmi plugs and added a stick on pouch to store my phone with the cable routed in the center console. To clean up the cable mess...

Hi Folks,

My Ranger sat in the garage for two weeks when we flew to Detroit to tend to our handicapped daughter.... Then to my dismay, my outdoor Kitchen fridge with my Pacifico beer failed and I had only warm beer...Sheesh! So I put several bottles in the house and garage fridges freezers to cool. I had a 17 year old purchased mini fridge in the storage area, and installed it into the outdoor kitchen. Time will tell if it cools and works...it is brand new but 17 years old... Old mini fridge lasted 17 years so hope this one lasts as well... Anyway, beer cooled down and we enjoyed cocktails afterall...nice to be back in Arizona...
