Really? You enjoy your truck being associated with something akin to a butt sore?
I hate the idea. It reminds me of high school pizza that we called elephant scabs because, well, that's what it looked like.

Our high school pizza resembled road rash a couple of days old...but it wasn't the worst thing they ever fed us. Sometimes you just gotta be thankful in spite of what others have to say about something you like.

because once upon a time, when dinosaurs walked the earth, you got a standard cab (no back seat at all) so the current "smaller cab" was super-size by comparison.

Having owned both, I like the 5" bigger door on the SCAB, but like the extra cab space for dry storage on a trip or when someone needs to ride back there which will likely never happen.
Couldn't care less about the bigger bed. Both great trucks, but that name.....
