I don't know, and if anyone wants to do all the tuning stuff, more power to them. I'm not gonna do it. I will change shocks or other stuff as long as they don't really change it drastically from stock, but I'm not into all the drastic mods. If you're into that, then you do you. Me? Not so much.

Oh trust me. I know from experience. Power is like a drug, you can never get enough. I've taken my mustangs from being a reliable car to a highly unreliable car pretty dang quick. Just one little ping and it was all gone. Fun process and learned alot along the way. Now if I just had a fraction of the money I put into mods and tunes. Don't think I will break into my Ranger engine like I have on my Stangs.

You either feel it or you don't! (And you either have the money, or you don't!) Seriously, I love the improved power and sharper shifting of the Ford Performance Pack tune, but I would not want to risk taking things further than that....

My Ranger will never go beyond an intake, exhaust, and a tune.

It's not a sports car and no amount of money will turn it into one.

Played that game with my Turbo Rx7.

It was fast when I bought it.

Added a better exhaust and WOW!

After few months of getting used to that power it just didn't feel as fast as it used to.

So I add something else and WOW!

Rinse and repeat with intercooler, turbo mods, fuel injectors, boost controller, etc and you end up with a wickedly fast car (when it runs right) and a hole in your wallet.

Even though I've lived the dream/nightmare of a modified Rx7, I still catch myself perusing used ones thinking about an LS swap into one.

A '94 or '95 with an LS1.........

Off to the marketplaces, just to look

Meh, I like oddball stuff. Everybody is LS swapping everything. I'd rather go the other way like Rob Dahm's 3 rotor C5 vetter.

Pretty impresive, but with my being and old fart this is not something I'll do at this point. I'm ok with running a tune and upgrading the exhaust with a better free flowing muffler etc. Anything beyond that like big turbos and such, I'll leave that to the kids.

Also did anyone notice it throwing sparks on the dyno at 2:52-2:54 mark?
