Well, I'm one who ordered before January and I'm still waiting. There are several others in the same situation, however we are getting build weeks/dates. I'm sure there are some that have since left this site after getting their Rangers; probably would rather have fun in their new truck than be sitting at a keyboard.
I ordered 11/17 will probably get mine next friday. So yes we have all been waiting some have ordered before me and they havent gotten theirs yet. So yes it has been a while!

I don't know about that! I had a 2013 Lincoln MKZ they was built in Mexico that was shipped needing some parts or repair to a location near the Ford Flat Rock Plant to complete the assembly!
They were sent to the Flat Rock plant. The work was completed be Ford employees that were building the Fusion. Some were sent back to Mexico. An upfitter is not going to fix a Ford vehicle.
I'm in the same condition. Maybe in the next day or two the window sticker will show up. I had kind of expected the sticker to show up once it changed to in production. The other thing I noticed is that they charged me the "new" destination fee - $1,195. When I ordered it, the destination fee was only $1,095. I guess I will figure that out when I pick it up from the dealer....
