Hand washed it with the boy yesterday...covered in pollen this morning....trip to the dump with a load of rotten wood and a detour by the gravel pit on the way back for a little fun!

Installed the PUTCO lower grille with #4 stainless steel mesh. 1/4" spacing between the wire should allow plenty of air flow

My rear Weathertech seat cover arrived today. So I put that in. My dog has tan hair and sheds a lot. So with the seats and carpet being black I really needed something to help keep the dog hair off. The rear floor liner I also ordered doesn't arrive for a few more days.

I put together some simple steps with some scrap lumber I had to make it easier for my dog to get in and out of the cab. I ordered some folding steps on Amazon the other day and when they arrive I'll see if they work. But for now the ones I tossed together are a decent work around.

Once that was done I took my dog for his first ride in the new truck. He seems to love it as much as I do. ?

Edit: I also noticed the middle tie downs are missing from the bed. I found a thread here and it seems that isn't uncommon. So I guess I'll have to call the dealer tomorrow to get that corrected.

How long did your order take? I've been waiting on a dashmat from them for almost two months.
I ordered both the seat cover and the mat on the evening of 28 of May. So the cover took just 3 days Fedex ground. According to tracking the mat is suppose to arrive by Tuesday but I just checked the tracking on that and it arrived at the Fedex near me this afternoon. So I imagine it will arrive tomorrow.

I live two states away from their warehouse in Illinois so they don't have to ship far to get to me. I was actually surprised how fast it shipped.

Edit: Correction ordered on the 28th.

I also installed the rough country 2.5" leveling kit with BFG KO2 275/70r/17 tires and noticed that after passing 50-55mph, there is a vibration with the car.
Not sure if anyone else has seen or had this issue. I had it aligned and balanced when put in new tires, but doesnt seem normal to me. Tires running at 39PSI right now.
Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Great idea. That'll keep them pesky rocks of the intercooler. I bet some flat black spray paint on the mesh would make it nearly imperceptible

I thought about that, but decided that it would chip off easily unless I sandblasted the mesh to give the paint something to grip. I'm sure it will require paint some day.

This time around I removed the STX stickers and added Ranger decals. I plasti Dipped the fender vents and tinted my windows. Also moved up from 260/70r17 tires to 265/70r17 coopers.

I have the exact same setup and running the tires at 38psi. No vibration what so ever.

Take it back to where you had it aligned. Did they give you a printout of your alignment numbers?

Running Mobil 1 since 1000. I checked the tb for compatibility with my Fusion Sport and the intake was coated with oil before I installed my catch can at 1700 miles. Then tied in the breather side at 5000. At 6400 I sent out the tb to get bored out. It was very dry at that point.
I would run AMSOIL and a bit higher viscosity than recommended. Is less volatile giving less evaporation. A catch can aslo helps. That's what I run on my Ranger, and it has reduced my oil blow back.

Road Forced Balanced? If not, find a shop that does! Discount Tire does and I have never had a vibration issue...:like:

After watching the SpaceX Dragon/ISS footage, I took the opportunity to swap my bike rack from my fiancé’s Grand Cherokee to the Ranger.

Hi Folks,

After a discussion with the wife on purchase of a New Lincoln Aviator, we decided to pay off the Ranger. The Ranger should be my last truck in my lifetime.... Lincoln MKX is not long in the tooth, but after almost 5 years and only 21,000 miles on the odo, it is time to think about a new vehicle and with Ford financing we just may be able to close the deal in the next couple weeks.

Best,
