The 2019 Ford Ranger has just been awarded with top ranks in the midsize pickup truck segment in J.D. Power’s U.S. Initial Quality Study.
The new Ranger helped propel Ford Motor Company to a top-five automotive brand ranking in the J.D. Power study for the first time, based on vehicle quality and issues reported by owners in the first 90-days of ownership.
This is the first time the Ford Ranger has earned an Initial Quality Study award since 2006.
“When it comes to quality, the all-new Ranger delivers on our Built Ford Tough promise to our customers,” says Linda Cash, Ford vice president, global quality. “To have both Ford and Lincoln rank among the top five brands affirms our commitment to delivering the best cars, SUVs and trucks for our owners.”
